Digital Transformation Tracker 8: cloud adoption accelerates

Communications service providers (CSPs) continue to make significant progress with their digital transformations. In this our eighth Digital Transformation Tracker (DTT) we find out specifically how far they have come with regard to cloud adoption since we first started asking them in 2017. The report provides a barometer of CSPs’ cloud approaches and strategies, and sets out key findings into how much of their operational and support systems (OSS/BSS) and network workloads, and which functions, they have moved to the cloud.
